This one-level unit is accessible by elevator or stairs and offers a large covered balcony, wireless internet, two TVs, in-unit washer and dryer, and shared community charcoal grills. Two assigned parking spaces with a 6 foot 5 inch height limit and 2 Rehoboth Beach permits. Available for full weeks in the summer as well as off-season weeks and weekends. Guests pay a $145.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. No pets or smoking please.
