This unique property consists of two separate lovinly renovated residences—a main house and a private rear cottage—offering space and privacy for everyone. No detail has been overlooked to ensure your stay is effortless and enjoyable.

Main House (front): Features 7 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, plus a large sitting room, and an oversized, comfortable living room with antique fireplace, a large dining room, with ample seating, kitchen with center island (seats 4), and a game room complete with kitchenette arcade games for endless family fun.

Rear Cottage: A peaceful retreat with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an oversized shower in the 2 person sauna room and a media room with 80" flatscreen TV and kitchenette.

Concierge Linen Service Included: All beds will be made upon arrival with freshly laundered upgraded linens. Upgraded bath towels, bathmats and kitchen towels will be provided

Gourmet Ready: The Main House and Rear Cottage are equipped with a total of 4 refrigerators, 3 ovens, 4 microwaves, 3 dishwashers, and washers and dryers (in both the Main House and Rear Cottage). Enjoy your morning coffee with a choice of 3 coffeemakers (both drip and K-Cup).

Entertainment & Relaxation: Every bedroom and all the common areas feature Smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows. Connect your devices to the 4 Bluetooth speakers to set the perfect vacation soundtrack.

Owner/Builder/Decorator: The owner of this large rental property has renovated/improved 11 beach properties. The contractor completing the renovations is Dewson Construction, a highly respected Rehoboth Beach builder. The decorator hascompleted hundreds of beach houses and 7 houses with this owner. We provide the necessities so you can pack light and start relaxing immediately! We provide approximately 10 beach chairs and a selection of games and puzzles in the Main House sitting room.

Location and Hassle-Free Parking: Includes 5 private driveway parking spaces plus 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits. Park your cars for the week and walk everywhere! The beach and boards are literally steps away. Stroll downtown to Rehoboth's famous casual and gourmet eateries and unique shops. You may also walk or hop on the Jolly Trolley to Dewey Beach to listen to some live music. NO Pets and NO Smoking. Guests pay a $800 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Note: Low Ceiling Height in 1st Fl of Front House, (due to 1928 construction). The cleaning fee is included in the rent for each stay of a week or more. Guests must purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000 in accidental damage or provide a refundable $2,000 security deposit. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. Accepted payments include Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and eCheck for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Personal checks are accepted for final payments only. Payments within 30 days of arrival must be made by certified funds or credit card. A secure Guest Portal will be provided for online payments.
