You can even bring your dog with a signed pet addendum and pet fee! Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Walk to the beach and the fabulous restaurants and shops in town. Don't feel like walking? The owners have graciously provided 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits for use on non-metered parking spots! On the occasional cloudy or rainy day, you can "binge-watch" your current show on one of the 4 smart TVs throughout the home. (They are also hooked to cable!) Owner even supplies a few beach chairs! Book now while there are still prime weeks available!
Guests pay a $150.00 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
