The first floor of the home offers spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, separate living room and dining room, den with queen sofabed and TV which can be closed off and used as a bedroom with access to the back yard area. The second floor has 3 bedrooms plus an enclosed porched with a queen sofabed. Shared gas grill, wireless internet and parking for three to four cars! This property also has a rear apartment (101B New Castle) which can be rented separately for the larger family and offers an additional two bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen and large porch. If you need even more room, rent the house right next door at 507 King Charles Avenue! Guest pays a $165 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights in off-season. No pets please. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
