The front yard is well maintained and the house sits towards the back of the lot. The back yard is wooded, but has a stone patio, burn pit (wood not included but can be found at local stores or sold by residents in the area) and lights and chairs surrounding the pit. The deck has 2 seating areas and a gas grill with more lighting across the top. All the TV's are new with cable and streaming. If you enjoy the big events at the inlet parking lot in Ocean City like Oceans Calling, Country Calling, Fireworks or one of the other events, this is where you want to be. Just a short walk or drive to the park and ride where you can catch the bus or walk across the bridge. Keep your eyes open when walking across the bridge, you may get a show from the dolphins.
