Accounting Procedures

  • We collect 50% of the rental with the License Agreement. Money is promptly disbursed to Owners, less our fee for the gross rental amount.
  • Balances on License Agreements due 30 days prior to check-in. Money is disbursed to Owners after check-out.
  • ACH Direct Deposits available
  • Our accounting system can handle multiple owners and partnerships
  • Handling of Municipal Taxes
  • Monthly statements mailed/e-mailed to Owners and available On-Line
  • 1099 distributed after the end of the year
  • Maintenance expenses paid through the Owners account
