Accounting Procedures
- We collect 50% of the rental with the License Agreement. Money is promptly disbursed to Owners, less our fee for the gross rental amount.
- Balances on License Agreements due 30 days prior to check-in. Money is disbursed to Owners after check-out.

- Our accounting system can handle multiple owners and partnerships

- Monthly statements mailed/e-mailed to Owners and available On-Line
