As a Rental Support Specialist in the Lewes office, Mark came to the BHHS PenFed Rental Department with a wealth of experience in the industry. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Ursinus College, Mark prepared and executed operational budgets and managed daily building services as a property manager for 30-plus years in Pennsylvania.
Mark and his wife Saundra were drawn to Delaware by the beautiful beaches, amazing historic sites, and superb restaurants and purchased their Lewes vacation home 25 years ago. The wonderful people, low property taxes, and new and improved nature trails sealed the deal in deciding to “semi-retire” in Lewes.
When not working, Mark and his wife delight in spending time with their children and grandchildren at the beach, Boardwalk, and local sites.
