Just a hop, skip and a jump from the beach (1.5 short blocks) and a short walk to the shops and restaurants "in-town". You'll love everything about this 4 BR, 2 1/2 BA home... there's a lovely screened porch, outdoor shower, plenty of parking, CAC, W/D, BBQ Grill and even a small backyard. Owners even supply a Bethany Beach parking permit! No Pets or Smoking please. Guests pay a $160 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
